Checked system for upstairs media area. System was not able to keep up on the warmer days due to low refrigerant level. Leaking on indoor coil, and copper lineset on 3/8” line. Gave homeowner bandaid repair options, they wanted to see complete replacement options as well. Performed heat load calc. Counted ducts on supply and return. Gave complete options. Homeowners are going to weigh out there options. Declined setting a follow up date. System still down.
