Sam showed up on time and quickly reviewed our heating and air conditioning system. He offered solutions to two potential future problems. We would welcome him back into our home again in the future.

Joel was very knowledgeable and discussed the problem as it was being diagnosed. Came up with fix and made suggestions for future possible upgrades.
Justin explained the maintenance items he would be checking. Also adjusted my duct dampers for a better air flow.
Complaint was that the AC cooling fan was not operating. Information on the unit was provided to the tech and he thought that he might have a part to correct the problem. After coming to the property, he didn't have the necessary part. Charge for the visit was $95 for essentially nothing.

Found transformer blown and blower motor burnt out on almost 20 year old system . Customer is buying new system with install on Friday.
Upon arrival check in with the customer of the following are my findings found in the system working however we will have to come back out tomorrow and finish system PM because of inclement weather please see pictures attached everything is working properly
Performed ac maintenance. Found evap coil with alot of buildup (told customer the same issue in October) .customer would like to get a evap clean and a ptrap added in a month or so when can afford .
Apon arrival checked in with customer the following are my findings Found the unit Working however on the downstairs unit could benefit from a capacitor please see estimates attached and pictures customer also signed up for membership
Replaced thermostat and Contactor and Transformer under warranty
Arrived to find system without power. Breakers were checked and power was found going to the unit so transformer was checked and found to be bad. It was replaced and systems was cycled on. Customer signed up for the maintenance plan and would like to have me back out asap. Can confirm heat is running at this time but system still has issues.
Completed heat tune up. Changed customer supplies filter , adjusted damper in bedroom that cat stays in and suggested a attic tent due to the location of thermostat. Also Caliberated thermostat.
Completed heat tune up form and sent to customer after going over everything with him . Found excess build up in ducts that I recommended he do to extend the life of his system .
Upon arrival replaced motor and fan blade unit is working properly at this time
Apon arrival found the fan blade frozen de iced and got the unit working again however there is damage done to the blade we will be back out to replace under warranty when the weather has died down
Sent heat tune up form along with estimate that I went over with customer about her damaged and leaking ducts .
Did walk through making sure ac and heat both work properly and install was 100%. Checked. Condensation line and verified float switch worked. Checked pressures and verified thermostat was Caliberated. Also took pics and a video and uploaded then per office request.
The following are my findings for today's visit Found insulation levels to be insufficient and the duckwork condition to be in need of a cleaning please see pictures attached and estimates customer declined repairs at this time Found 0 parts per million for carbon monoxide and no natural gas leaking at this time
