Craig arrived and started his process of eliminating why the compressor was not turning on. In about an hour, the problem was solved and repaired. The unit started up and cooled the house rapidly. I spoke with Craig throughout the process and he explained the steps to identify and repair the non-functioning unit. He was very thorough and methodical in finding the problem and doing the repair. Please send him to our house any time.
My service tech was great. Friendly , clean, answered all of my questions and finished in timely manner.
Casey did a great job fixing my Air Conditioner and it’s super cold. It shouldn’t be a problem this summer with the new evaporation coil, to get us through the Texas heat.
Emmanuel Luna from AC Pros did a thorough job inspecting both of my furnaces and let me know what I will need for my AC downstairs.
Jay Jones is very professional & polite. He was prompt and answered all my questions.
Jay was awesome! Love the company and appreciate picture and names of people coming to my house before they get there. Excellent company, loyal customer for 20 years.
Emmanuel did an excellent job of maintaining and adjusting our new furnace. He took the time to explain to us how the furnace works and how to keep the furnace operating efficiently. Emmanuel was a great help.
Sam completed my semi annual heat maintenance and reported no issues. Also changed my filters and advised on proper size for my systems.
Zach was on time and ready to do our fall maintenance checkup. He explained every thing he checked and found no issues.
Emmanuel was professional and efficient. However, I thought that the price for replacing the capacitors was a bit high.
AC performance tuneup times one system. Client changes his own filter. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level is good. This is a 15 year-old heat pump. I am leaving an estimate for replacement in case a breakdown this summer does occur.
Dispatched for a no cool downstairs. Jim has a warranty company that informed him of a defective 3.5 ton evaporator coil that services the downstairs area. I went to the attic and noticed the coil had a frozen section. I am leaving an estimate for replacement of the evaporator coil and also a new complete Lennox system.
Came out to no cool call. Found severed low voltage wiring water got into the wire nuts and rusted the connection apart. Redid wiring and added electrical tape to protect wiring
Completed with ac 3 on 2020,2019 and 2015 all trane gas in attic. All unit cooling properly at this time of check up. Found a bit of oil coming out of blower motor from upstairs. Gave customer the option to do repairs or replace furnace. Customer will wait.
Came out for cooling maintenance for 2 systems. Both systems are cooling efficiently
Completed with ac 1 on a 2015 trane 4 ton , 2009 evaporator coil with 2003 trane gas horizontal in attic. Unit cooling at this time of check up. Found evaporator coil very rusted with some icing spots, blower motor leaking oil and flame sensor with igniter showing wear. Giving the option to do all preventative repairs, furnace and evaporator coil upgrade. Customer not ready to do anything at this time .
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Changed out filter. Client supplied. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Refrigerant level good at this time. Systems are operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
AC performance tuneup times one system. Changed out filter. Client supplied. System is only two years old but all the returns are floor returns. With this set up, you are not removing enough heat to ensure that the compressor will get the maximum amount of life. I am leaving an estimate to add two returns, and a mastic seal.
Came out for a no heat on a trane 2024 we just installed a week ago, found zone 2 short cycle due to blower motor being on high speed and motor dampers not opening 100%
AC performance tune-up times one system. Inspected blower, evaporator and thermostat. Cleaned pre-filter on clean effects filter. Checked refrigerant level, capacitor and contactor. Wash condenser coil. System cooling at manufacturer specs at this time.
Completed with no cool on a 2003 Rheem gas horizontal in attic 3.5 ton. Found unit cooling but compressor pulling very high amps on a 66 temperature. R22 unit. Unit replacement is what customer needs. Customer requested for pricing. Customer not ready to make a decision at this time.
Completed with ac 1 on a trane 2020 gas horizontal in attic our install. Unit cooling properly at this time of check up.
Completed with ac 2 on 2022 upstairs gas horizontal 2 ton trane and 2011 carrier 2 zone 4 ton gas horizontal un attic. Both cooling at this time of check up. Found 2011 with a very rusted evaporator coil that can leak at any time she stop cooling, also compressor start up amps are very high and it doesn't have a compressor saver. Giving the option to do all preventative repairs, ac combo upgrade or complete.
