I reached out to Ac Pros early Saturday morning. The tech, Craig Morton, called and was at my home a few hours later. He was incredibly friendly and fixed the issue right away. Great customer service!
Craig was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was kind, professional. He did not try to upsell us a bunch of stuff we don’t need, but he did tell us some things that needed to be done and some other things we could do if desired.
Having joel stop by .. to service my HVAC.. system.. is like having a friend in the house.. I always ask for Joel.. he is the best at servicing my equipment.. thank you
This guy is the best HVAC guy I’ve ever dealt with very nice very knowledgeable. I would absolutely call him back and recommend him.
Craig arrived and started his process of eliminating why the compressor was not turning on. In about an hour, the problem was solved and repaired. The unit started up and cooled the house rapidly. I spoke with Craig throughout the process and he explained the steps to identify and repair the non-functioning unit. He was very thorough and methodical in finding the problem and doing the repair. Please send him to our house any time.
My service tech was great. Friendly , clean, answered all of my questions and finished in timely manner.
Casey did a great job fixing my Air Conditioner and it’s super cold. It shouldn’t be a problem this summer with the new evaporation coil, to get us through the Texas heat.
Emmanuel Luna from AC Pros did a thorough job inspecting both of my furnaces and let me know what I will need for my AC downstairs.
Jay Jones is very professional & polite. He was prompt and answered all my questions.
Jay was awesome! Love the company and appreciate picture and names of people coming to my house before they get there. Excellent company, loyal customer for 20 years.
Emmanuel did an excellent job of maintaining and adjusting our new furnace. He took the time to explain to us how the furnace works and how to keep the furnace operating efficiently. Emmanuel was a great help.
Completed with no cool, found all units running and cooling properly at this time. Refrigerant levels are good, capacitors good. No issues found. customer will let us know if unit stops again.
Completed with estimate to replace a 4 ton complete gas upflow in closet. Left estimate. Customer needs to talk to wife before making a final decision.
I balanced the air at the plenum because Customer complained that after adding 3 9” supplies, airflow decreased in the master bedroom. Recommended 3 options 1. Adding return in master bedroom, 2. hanging and repairing ductwork, 3. Replacing all old ductwork. Customer will talk to husband about which option to proceed with.
Checked system found that the system is very low on puron due to copper lines rubbing against eachother at the condenser. Recommending leak repair after recovering whatever is in the system. After leak is made and lines are pressurized and vacuumed. We will add a completely new charge. Homeowner had a buddy add refrigerant to the system last week. Not sure if we should trust that refrigerant in the system.
Came out for no cool found system with no power. Breaker was flipped off. Powered system back up and system is cooling. I checked the charge and everything seems fine and system is cooling efficiently with no issues. Found no leaking issue
Checked indoor and outdoor units. Indoor- Checked blower motor amp, filter, coils, ductwork. Recommend duct cleaning, And adding insulation to attic, and attic tent. Outdoor- Checked Condenser fan motor, compressor, capacitor, contactor, all electrical wires, pressure levels, and sub cooling, cleaned coils. Resident wanted estimate on relocating thermostat into living room. Please see attached picture.
Labor Charge to change out warranty thermostat.
Dispatched to investigate why the attic is getting so hot. The way the home is designed it is not allowing proper ventilation for the attic to stay cool enough to keep the hot water heater lit. I am recommending soffit vents and whirlybirds. Client has decided to only do the whirlybirds this year. If it does not work, she will try the soffits next year.
Checked upstairs system came across a shorted contactor at the condenser that was causing system not to cool and thermostat to go intermittently blank. Homeowner had a JB and associates part and labor warranty. Posted the picture to service titan.
Completed maintenance, blower amps are good, drain pan is dry and line is clear, coil is clean, pressures are good, good SC and SH, temp split in house is around 18. Amps on compressor and fan are good at this time, unit is cool good.
