Paul and Casey/crew did a phenomenal job by properly installing a new dryer vent hood & kitchen vent hood. Paul & team were super helpful throughout the whole process and committed to ensuring the job was done the right way. I’ll be sure to keep in touch with Paul/team for any future jobs.
Paul Hutton was our Tech. He gave us great service and kept us informed.

replaced a plenum and upsizing 3 ducts and moving the system either back or to the right 12 inches.
Cleared both primary and secondary condensation lines
INSTALLED NEW DRYER VENT, HOOD VENT AND INSTALLED 2 GOOGLE NEST TSTATS
I gave an estimate on running a Hood vent and dryer vent as well as installing 2 thermostats. Customer will talk to wife and call later to set up install date.
Came out for estimate to replace 5 ton system. Customer needs to upgrade to 90 percent furnace for future endeavors to add foam insulation in the attic. I gave a final price considering customer is paying check or cash of 22,403.57 out the door.
Came out for no cool. Found bad run capacitor for condenser fan motor. Replaced the capacitor and checked condition of the system. System was low on refrigerant. Leaking at the coil. Discussed options with customer. Seeking counsel before making a decision
Found capacitor had swollen up. Replaced capacitor, checked for any electrical issues, checked compressor run amps, and fan run amps. Everything seemed to be within specs. Unit is operating at time of departure.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Changed out filter client supplied. Clean effects filter is good at this time. Check thermostats for proper operations. Check outdoor units. Refrigerant levels good on both systems. Tested capacitors and contactors. Washed condenser coils. Systems our cooling.
Customer called and said that float switch has tripped and turned system off. I saw that the primary was backed up. I blew the primary out with nitrogen. Need to come Back to rework PVC and secondary line.
Bad contactor. Customer wants a second set of eyes to help diagnose lack of airflow. She wants someone out first thing in the morning to look at possible blower motor failing. Didn’t collect payment because customer wants someone to diagnose bad airflow. It feels good to me and system is cooling properly but customer isn’t satisfied with airflow. She owes for diagnostic and contactor.
Came out for cooling maintenance for two systems. Upstairs system superheat was little high. Temps and pressure fluctuated quite a bit suspicious of non condesibles. Downstairs is extremely low on refrigerant and is pulling high Amp draw at compressor. Also downstairs system. Discussed replacement options and adding refrigerant. Customer declined both at this time. Information was faded on both condensers. Gave customer rough estimate based on square footage. Told customer if he was serious we may need to pay another visit
Regular maintenance for 2012 Trane upflow. Informed customer that filter should be changed soon. Everything running well!
Arrived to a little water in pan, draining outside, found ptrap clogged, tried snaking it, could not get access, recommended a new p trap, customer will get back to us
