Completed a gas furnace heat maintenance on a 2018 Trane Furnace. No leaks, correct amperage, correct voltage. Pressure switches and gas valve is working correctly. System is heating properly. Collected $235 for membership renewal.
2 system gas furnace heat maintenance 2023,2023 our install, changed filters provided by homeowner, checked operation of zone system, cleared pressure tube, checked blower and inducer motor, both units heating at this time.
Performed a gas furnace heat maintenance. Checked for leaks, amperage, voltage, flame sensor, igniter, pressure switches. System is heating properly. I left the customer an estimate for ductwork hanging and insulation.
2023 American Standard gas furnace maintenance, changed filter 20x25x4, checked blower motor, inducer motor, cleared pressure tube, unit heating at this time.
2017 gas trane furnace heating maintenance, cleared pressure tube, changed filter, took electrical readings, checked sensors. Taped up insulation line.

New install May 2024 gas furnace zone system, zones functioning, blower amps are good, cleared pressure tube, changed filter supplied by homeowner, unit is heating at this time.
Drain pan leaking and fitting was off of primary drain line, glued fitting and adjusted drain pan, lowered float switch in pan as well, drain lines are in rough shape and if lines continue to get backed up, will have to find a different solution, french drain, new pvc.
3 system maintenance, gas, blower amps good, changed filter, cleared pressure switch hose, flame sensor and hsi showing wear due to age, recommended changing them out also gave quote on correcting ductwork laying on the attic floor.
3 system maintenance, 2014,2018,2022 all gas one package unit Changed filters, cleared pressure tunes, checked all necessary safety switches, on 2018 and 2014 systems, recommend replacing flame sensors and hsi on 2 older units. Also recommend adding other 2 systems to maintenance membership.
Dispatched to investigate no cool on a recently installed system. Upon arrival seeing that the suction line was frozen over. Previous technician stated there might be a leak at the condenser. I found this to not be true. I pumped down system and pressurized with nitrogen. The metering device on the evaporator coil has a restriction in it. We will order evaporator coil and return and install as soon as possible.
Added 4” filter rack and 7” supply to other system
2105 gas furnace maintenance, filter changed by homeowner, blower amps slightly high due to age, inducer motor amps higher than normal due to age, flame sensor and HS igniter showing wear, recommended changing along with duct cleaning. Homeowner will reach out in up coming weeks for duct cleaning
Performed 2 Heat tune ups on 2 Trane gas furnaces that are 3 and 4 years old. Systems are heating properly. No leaks, correct amperage, 100 degrees going out. The customer needs more insulation as well as a duct cleaning. There is also an issue with airflow in one bedroom upstairs. Customer will address issues in the future.
