I’m always impressed at the responsibility and accountability. I didn’t have the best install on a new unit but the AC team was accountable and made it right. Today Payton did a check up and noticed something not done correctly and immediately fixed it with no issues. Accidents and mistakes happen but I really respect when it gets corrected so well.

Came out for cooling maintenance. Outdoor unit was extremely caked up with dirt. I had to wash down extensively. Got unit and charge was optimal

Completed with ac 1 on a 2020 trane condenser 4 ton and 2013 coil and horizontal furnace in attic. Unit cooling at this time of check up. Did noticed a bit of ice on suction line after coil but refrigerant levels were good. Gave customer the option to upgrade evaporator coil and furnace. Customer will wait for now.

PVC had not been glued at the float safety switch, came off. Re- insulated the pvc primary line for that unit and glued pvc. Insulated the primary pvc above the secondary pan. Applied mastic to one corner of the evap coil.

Came out for an estimate. Found a 3 ton system in place. I went over the system completely and found inadequate duct work. Return was short 200 cfms and I would add a 10 inch duct at the return. Also the supply is short 140cfms. My customer told me her sons room was a problem area and there is enough room to add an 8inch duct to her sons room.

Came out to no cool. Found high voltage wiring to condenser burned and wires touching each other. Breaker for condenser kept tripping. Cut back damaged wiring and some conduit. Tested system no further issues. Transaction number #1777

Completed with no cool on 3.5 ton trane upstairs gas horizontal in attic. Found unit with 0 r22 refrigerant pressures with drain pan very rusted with small holes on it. Customer not interested on repairs due to cost of refrigerant. customer requested pricing for replacement. Left pricing for replacement but customer needs to talk to wife before making a decision.

Completed with ac 2 on 2023 and 2015 our install under warranty, both cooling properly at this time of check up. Gave the option to do duct cleaning level 1 for better air quality. Left estime to clean 27 runs includes supply and return vents. Customer needs to talk to husband before scheduling work.

Cleared drain line that ties into master suite sink that was backing up. Recommened homeowner follow up with drain solve at the sink and the hvac drain vent in the attic. Drained two gallons of water before leaving. Not clogged anymore. Also the upstairs system needs a new 20x25x4 filter. Systems are both cooling properly.

Performed two system maintenance . Both the upstairs and downstairs systems are cooling great. Drain lines are clear. Indoor and outdoor equipment in perfect condition.

Performed maintenance for one system. Zoned ductwork upstairs and downstairs. Indoor equipment functioning properly, drains are clear. Dampers opening and closing. Outdoor is a single stage compressor. Talked to the homeowner about once it’s time for upgrade I’d recommend either two stage or variable speed for a zoned system. For now we just changed the capacitor 45+10 mfd with a turbo 200. Replaced air filter and washed condenser coil with water only.

Completed with ac 1 on a 2010 trane gas horizontal in attic 3.5 ton, found unit cooling at this time of check up but found a few components not in great shape. Giving the option to do all preventative repairs, condenser upgrade or complete. Customer cannot do anything at this point due to financial issues.

Performed two system air-conditioning maintenance one system from 2023 are install is working perfectly that one controls the master bedroom. The opposite system is from 2002. It has a rusting evaporator coil and the compressor is beginning to read caution/bad alter let homeowner know that that system is beginning to near its end of life Replaced the 2002 systems disconnected because whenever I turn the power back on the disconnect was no longer passing power after repairs were made system is functioning turning on and off and cooling

Checked downstairs system, the control board has failed, no longer sending 120v to blower motor. Blower motor is also leaking its lubricant. Motor over heating most likely the cause of fan relay on the board to fail. Homeowner had to do work meeting and was pressed for time but I did present the options for furnace replacement only and trane complete options. His meetings for the days are done about 3pm, he will reach out once he processes what the next steps will be.

Preformed the maintenance on the system. Found the unit to be well within manufactory specifications. System is 3 years old. The duct work is old and the insulation is needing to be replaced. Est. 25 years for the ductwork. Customer will look at doing this in the next few years or so. See pictures.
