Jeff arrived promptly with a warm greeting. He answered all my questions and provide sound recommendations regarding filter replacements and unit operation. He is an 11 out a 10 in my book.
Joel did an amazing job! Came out at 10pm so we could be cool and comfortable!! Highly recommended!!
I've used A/C Pros for year's on both install and service/tune ups. Always fair and reasonable and on time.
Francisco finished his earlier job and called to be sure it was OK to come early for our appointment which it was of course OK. Did full inspect of AC units and cleaned filters as well.
Highly recommended.. friendly & extremely knowledgeable... fast & efficient!! Thank you!!
These guys are always honest and helpful. Will continue to use them.
Quick and prompt and professional
Cole did a great job - thorough, polite, informative. Thanks!
Cole was at my house 2 days in a row, once for PM and once for repair. Both times he took time to explain everything he was doing and why.
Completed maintenance check out. Washed both condenser coils, cleared primary drain lines, condenser fan motor amps were good. Blower motor, Temperature drops and refrigerant levels are fine. Everything is working great.
Infinity thermostat had two error codes not allowing the system to come on. One was a pressure switch failure and another was a communication error with the outdoor unit. Cycled power and limit error went away but the communication with outdoor unit did not. Sheldon and I decided to charge up the kitchen unit that was not keeping up. Added 5 pounds R410 A to system. I will need to return another day to locate problem with blue room. Returned to diagnose upstairs unit. Found low-voltage wire melted on the outdoor unit. Cut back wires and put in new thermostat wire to outdoor unit. System came on and operating properly. I set the zone 274°. Perform leak search on kitchen unit. Leak is in if I operator coil. Office will call and schedule date to return and change out leaking evaporator coil. System is not down
Perform 2 system maintence checked pressure and split washed condenser coils downstairs system has a weak capacitor I didn’t have one In my truck we will schedule someone to come out and swap it out customer has 10 years extended warranty on labor and parts. fixed airflow issues customer request can confirm both systems cooling
Perform 1 system maintenance washed condenser changed filter specs are on maintenance form system is cooling properly at this moment.
Arrived to fused popped. Diagnosed broken wire rubbing to copper fixed it also replaced contractor and re wirenut and fixed t stat wire inside conduit had came off causing loss of signal. System is cooling at this moment
Perform 2 system maintenance clean clean effects and changed filter clean condenser and checked split Upstairs condenser fan motor had surpass the rla amps I informed Rich about it I also recommend a duct cleaning due to return plenum being too dirty and will have Jim email him can confirm both systems are cooling at this moment.
Completed A/C maintenance check, flushed drains, changed out filter, compressor and fan motor amps were good. Refrigerant levels and blower amps were also fine.
Arrived to find system shutting off on low pressure due to a restriction. Filter drier was changed, vacuum was pulled and system was recharged with 410a. Can confirm ac is running at this time
Will need to get a plan and speak with owner to address customers issues
Upstairs thermostat had a 33 fault code on the furnace. Which indicates that the filter was dirty and the high limit was tripped. Reset and changed out filter. That system is operating properly. Thermostat downstairs in kitchen was a low refrigerant problem. This is a dual fuel hybrid heat system. I disable all heat pumps and hybrid function where it is only using gas for the heating. All systems are operating properly at this time.
Form filled out. Refer to that for notes
Blower and coil have buildup starting to form and drain lines are an issue. Customer was told about registers and the benefits of changing them to the correct ones. Quite for IAQ and drains will be given. Can confirm. Heat us running at this time
Heating performance tune up times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Pull down stairs blower because it had a wobble to it. Rebalance motor to shaft. Tested all safety features High limits and roll outs. Tightened on wire connections. Check heat exchanger for cracks found none. No carbon monoxide or gas leak detected in home. Test thermostat for proper operation. Systems operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Upstairs thermostat would not get off of the main Trane screen. Tried cycling power three times. No luck. Removed and replaced with new Trane 1050 thermostat. Also programmed the Nexia for Jeff so he can control it with his phone. Did the same for downstairs thermostat.
Heat checkup on 2 trane we installed. Both systems working properly at this time but airflow and ductwork are a concern. Only return is upstairs and the downstairs return was replaced with cabinets so I'm unsure where its pulling from. Advised customer to get with contractor about registers and possible fix. Recommendations are for drain line upgrades to fix lack of fall which will be an issue when the ac runs and adding returns upstairs leaving the return chase for the downstairs only. Can confirm heat is running atthis time
