Joel was a very professional and thorough technician and I truly enjoy his company. he is a pleasure to have in my home!
I've been a customer for over 18 years, ranging from periodic minor repairs to complete system install, always fast, always friendly and professional. Jeff was great, he got our 15 yr old system going again in an hour, and gave us good feedback on our options from here.
Jeff arrived promptly with a warm greeting. He answered all my questions and provide sound recommendations regarding filter replacements and unit operation. He is an 11 out a 10 in my book.
Joel did an amazing job! Came out at 10pm so we could be cool and comfortable!! Highly recommended!!
I've used A/C Pros for year's on both install and service/tune ups. Always fair and reasonable and on time.
Francisco finished his earlier job and called to be sure it was OK to come early for our appointment which it was of course OK. Did full inspect of AC units and cleaned filters as well.
Highly recommended.. friendly & extremely knowledgeable... fast & efficient!! Thank you!!
These guys are always honest and helpful. Will continue to use them.
Quick and prompt and professional
Cole did a great job - thorough, polite, informative. Thanks!
Perform 1 heat system maintenance checked safety features carbon monoxide levels also clean flame sensor changed customer supplied filter system is heating properly at this moment recommend duct cleaning

No cool on kitchen unit and living room unit. Neither thermostat had any malfunction codes upon arrival. Turned system and kitchen to cool and thermostat was stating invalid set up. I cycled power and thermostat had same issue. I made the simple correction to just to 3.5 ton unit. System came on and operated properly all day long. I went to attic to verify that all dampers were opening and closing. All of them were. System is 13 years old. From what I can gather at some point in time blower could be malfunctioning. Refrigerant level was good. So there is something going on with the electrical side of the system. Possibly the control board. But it is hard to diagnose a working board to be bad. I checked the living room area. System called properly the whole time I was there. From 2 o’clock until 630. That system seem to be operating properly as well. From my experience these two units were work the hardest from the previous homeowners. Recommendations today is to change out these two
Leak search on kitchen unit. Pump down system to isolate the refrigerant in the condenser. Soaked condenser coil with bubbles. Found nothing on the condenser. Soap bubbled the condenser compressor. Found nothing. Compressor in this unit has been changed out before. When I started the system back up the head pressure or the condenser coil pressure was higher than it should’ve been. I gave the condenser coil of chemical bath. Rinsed coil completely clean. Pressures remain the same. Head pressure was 475 psi. Suction line temperature is 55° and indoor temperature of the kitchen is 72°. No leaks were found today. Recommendation today given the age of the system and the pressures is to change out system.
Kitchen unit was low on refrigerant again. Added 6 pounds of R 410 A to get system cooling again. Tried to use the electronic leak detector to find out where leak is. Had no luck in the evaporator. Need to return one day with at least six hours to locate leak. I may need to isolate the evaporator away from the line set and the line set away from the condenser.
Arrived to flooring wet caused by quickblast leaking that we had installed last year. Cut it off and replaced with new one. Also added another quickblast for other system. Blew out the drains treated them. Recommend customer to have each system have its own primary drain. Both drains tied together and any small clogg with clogged either or both systems system draining properly
Perform 2 system maintenance checked pressure and split tighten all connections added 1 lb to upstairs system of 410A to reach 8 degree subcool under warranty. Recommend having a comfort consultant do a ductwork evaluation house currently has Grey flex ductwork, duct board triangles and some flex vapor barrier starting to rip. New ductwork comes with R8 insulation and also can balance it better we cannot balance duct board triangles that carry no dampers in them system is cooling properly at this moment
Completed diagnosis, compressor was over heating do to extreme heat and age. Also windings was open, ran water over compressor to cool down. System is 15yrs. Misty can you schedule Jim to give quote on upstairs complete, 2.5 ton gas system, for Thursday the 29th at 10:00am, Please.
No cool master bedroom. Infiniti thermostat was locked out due to outdoor temperature sensor failure. I looked at the sensor and it seem to be OK. No breaks in the wires cycle power and system came on and operating properly. I put it in the test mode second stage come on working just fine. Also blue room had another resettable fault. It was indicating that the thermalProtection inside the furnace was open. This is due to the age of the system. I left literature for Sheldon and Megan to research on Trane heat pumps
Perform 1 system maintence washed condenser coil checked pressures and split specs are on maintenance form system is cooling properly Jeff wants a price on the existing air purifier cell pics are on service titan with mode & serial #
Completed maintenance check out. Washed both condenser coils, cleared primary drain lines, condenser fan motor amps were good. Blower motor, Temperature drops and refrigerant levels are fine. Everything is working great.
Infinity thermostat had two error codes not allowing the system to come on. One was a pressure switch failure and another was a communication error with the outdoor unit. Cycled power and limit error went away but the communication with outdoor unit did not. Sheldon and I decided to charge up the kitchen unit that was not keeping up. Added 5 pounds R410 A to system. I will need to return another day to locate problem with blue room. Returned to diagnose upstairs unit. Found low-voltage wire melted on the outdoor unit. Cut back wires and put in new thermostat wire to outdoor unit. System came on and operating properly. I set the zone 274°. Perform leak search on kitchen unit. Leak is in if I operator coil. Office will call and schedule date to return and change out leaking evaporator coil. System is not down
Perform 2 system maintence checked pressure and split washed condenser coils downstairs system has a weak capacitor I didn’t have one In my truck we will schedule someone to come out and swap it out customer has 10 years extended warranty on labor and parts. fixed airflow issues customer request can confirm both systems cooling
