Performed a maintenance on a Carrier System with a brand new Air Handler. Everything checked out fine. I saw that the condenser was super dirty. The customer told me that the air handler started leaking earlier today. The filter was stuck inside the unit because the new air handler is bending the filter base making it extremely difficult to put the filter in or take it out. Also I believe the coil froze up because the condenser was caked with dirt on the back side. Cleaned water out of the pan and system is cooling properly.
