Upgrading master bedroom system complete. Also replacing the weak 70mfd for the Main system at the same property.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Changed out client supplied filter. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. York evaporator coil has a small fracture. I did detect a leak inside of that evaporator coil box. I am leaving a quote for what I concluded , the repairs that need to be done for the system to last through the summer. Train system is operating at manufacturer specs at this time. Washed both condenser coils.
Performed three system maintenance, no issues cooling with any of the three systems. Condensers have turbo 200 capacitors. Only recommendation is float safety switches.
Performed two system maintenance. Main system is a 5 ton carrier system from 2013. Master area is a 2 ton carrier system from 2013. The evap coil is busted causing 13 degree delta. Refer to observation sheet. Homeowner is going to talk to this with her spouse.
Performed ac maintenance on three systems. Upstairs 2012 1.5ton system. Master bedrrom 2012 1.5ton system. Main systems is a 4 ton, 2021 coil and condenser. Furnace is original carrier performance boost. Refer to observation sheet.
Completed with no cool on downstairs 2023 communicating gas, system not communicating each other, customer has air flow issues since the time we installed unit. There are a couple of ducts with no Manuel dampers. Joel or Christopher are coming tomorrow.

Performed ac maintenance. Homeowner wasn’t too sure on the equipment he had in his home. 2007 Amana Furnace 2 stage variable c width 2007 amana evap coil box txv d width 2018 Lennox ML14 5 ton r410a single stage 14seer. Homeowner purchased the home a few years ago. I believe the original outdoor unit was most likely a two stage unit based on indoor unit wiring. Y1 and y2. But before the homeowner bought this house the outdoor unit was replaced with the Lennox single stage. The indoor evap coil is busted. Oil present in the primary pan, oil present on the backside of coil elbows. Performed leak search due to the presence of oil and the low delta t. Only 13 degrees. Confirmed refrigerant leak with leak detector and soap bubbles. Filter needs to be replaced. He’ll order a new one. Equipment is turning off and on properly. Capacitor for condenser is within tolerance. Fan motor is running ok and so is the compressor. This system will struggle this summer due to the low refrigerant lev
Came out for cooling maintenance found no issues. Both systems cooling efficiently
Came out for cooling maintenance for 2 systems. Downstairs system is cooling efficiently with no issues. Customer wanted us to address a heating issue as well. There is a airflow imbalance customer needs a damper system in place. Also upstairs was overcharged witha 18 degree subcool temp. Recovered refrigerant delta t is now 16 degrees.
Completed with ac 2 on 2015s trane gas horizontal in attic 2.5 ton and 4 ton. Both units our install under parts warranty. Both units cooling properly at this time of check up.
Completed with ac 2 on 2019s 3 and 4 ton gas horizontal in attic. Found both dual run capacitors getting weak. Gave the option to replace both under parts warranty. Customer will wait.
Dispatched myself for a no cool upstairs. System was installed last year. Found low pressure cut out switch to through by rodent. Made necessary. Repairs and system is cooling properly at this time.
