Completed A/C check out, cleared upstairs drains, washed condenser coils,blower/ fan motor and compressor amps. Refrigerant levels are good.
Upstairs not keeping up. Checked charge and added 4 pounds of our 410 a. Washed all condenser coilâ€˜s for a client. Recommendation is to change out unit because itâ€™s the upstairs unit. And it takes the most abuse in the summertime

Completed maintenance check, flushed drains, washed condenser coils, replaced media filters, run capacitor on downstairs system for compressor was bad. Installed 45/5 Turbo run capacitor. Compressor and fan motor amps were good, no other problems found. Everything is working great.

System was short cycling, because low on refrigerant. Performed electronic leak search. Evaporator coil is bad and need to be replaced. M#4TXFH03CZ3HHAA S#10492F3MFG. Total cost is 3,490.00 per Russ Teager. Customer declined replacement at this time. Just charged system with 5 pounds of 410a. No warranty or guarantee on refrigerant being added. System is up and. Cooling.

Inspection is complete, performed final walkthrough on downstairs system, everything seems to be working properly. Flushed drains, filters and compressor/ blower and fan motor amps were in range. Condenser coils are in good shape and refrigerant levels are good. Installed hard start kits to master bedroom/ upstairs compressors.

Arrived to Mr Holgor saying he had water leak in his master bathroom floor he had dried it before I arrived looked around didnâ€™t find water leaking. Checked HVAC drains and they are dry and nothing broken. No water stains in the sheet rock I advised Mr holgor to have a plumber check out the leaking toilet.
