Paul Hutton is a people-pleasing technician who thoroughly checked/inspected my a/c and furnace systems. He’s an easy-going guy who explained the good, bad and gave his recommendations about what he saw. He’s was very informative and very knowledgeable about his job. Absolutely amazing customer service! Very friendly people, especially Ray. Was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to explaining things to the customer in an easy way to understand. Customer called and said unit wasn’t cooling. I was not getting 240V coming into the outside disconnect. Advised customer to call an Electrician.
Performed a 2 system heat maintenance. No leaks, amperage and voltage good. Outdoor units need cleaning. Systems Heating properly.
Residual water in drain pan, dried it out, loose screw on condenser, fan was a little loud on start up, unit is cooling
Arrived no cool, found pan full, tripped float switch, found heavily dirty filter, coil frozen up and thawed causing excess water to form and overflow, evaporator pan, removed water and advised homeowner to get new filter today otherwise it will happen again
Arrived for water draining from secondary drain, went into attic found pan full with water and water coming out of second pvc, cut primary line, found no blockage. Possible second pvc was lower than primary and water started coming out. Adjusted, told homeowner to keep an eye over the next few days.
2 system maintenance 2021 gas, drain line clear, drain pan dry, filters will need to be changed shortly. Pressures are good on both systems , amps are well within spec, recommended compressor savers, and a mastic seal for the systems. Units are cooling at this time. Signed up for membership.
Completed a 1 system maintenance. Check that drains were clear, unit doesn’t have a safety switch. Checked amp draw indoor and outdoor. Checked charge, checked filter. Issues found: liquid seal tight on outdoor unit isn’t sealed tight can still see high voltage wires. Collected $69
Ac1 maintenance, 2020 lennox gas upflow, blower amps are good, blower wheel relatively clean, no play in bearings, drain line is clear, pressures are good, fan amps a little high, comp amps are good, contactor is starting to hum a little, signs it's starting to have wear and tare, unit cooling at this time.
Arrived for call back, filter was completely compacted, coil frozen ,almost no air flow, told them leave unit off till morning and get new filters, and give us a call if there is still a problem.
Performed a 1 system maintenance on a 2015 Trane XR system. Charge was good, everything tested well. Changed filter.
I arrived and there was no power to the entire house. The homeowners said that they called the electric company. Asked if we could come back once power comes back on.
Performed a 2 system maintenance on and 11 and 12 year old Trane units. The capacitor was dead on the 3.5 ton. I changed it out. Cleaned out a red wasp nest. Found that the Flu pipe for the smaller system was disconnected. Systems are green and in good shape. Collected $464.63 for capacitor and 2 system maintenance.
