No major complaints. A closer arrival time would’ve been a bonus for me “technician is on his way at 8:06, I was not expecting an hour and 15 min wait, just needed that little info to plan the day. He finished rather quickly & didn’t mind explaining things twice as my husband came in just after he had told me everything.

Yearly check up times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Verified primary drain is clear at this time. Refrigerant level is at manufacturer specifications. System is cooling properly at this time.
Zac house is vacant and was instructed to enter by phone. upon arrival found air handler sealed and a screw in the door so I was unable to fully open it to inspect system. return duct is too small and restricts system. supply plenum is also way off in size. filter is dirty but ceiling is 12+ feet so I was unable to pull it out. both of these affect refrigerant pressure I also could not inspect coil for impaction due to strap and sealing. found middle of condenser pad washed out and tipping over which will cause issues. pad is also falling apart. all electricals outside are in range but there are burn marks on defrost board which are showing a future failure. resting freon pressure looks okay but the real test while it's running is off. it is showing symptoms of what I mentioned above and it could be low but without being able to access coil and filter, and proper ductwork I cannot be certain. and due to no coil access a leak search cannot be Preformed. system is cooling at 24 degrees w
Acquired email and rough measurements for estimate. If the estimate is accepted we will need to run heat load calculations and plan the duct runs. See pictures, we will get back to them with pricing.
Apon arrival checked in with customer the following are my findings Found the Drains clogged and the ducks unsealed remediated both system is now working better informed the customer if drain problems keep on persisting we're going to have to separate the drain lines they understand please see pictures attached
