Great experience with new AC company who took over when my old one downsized. On-time, efficient, gave detailed explanation of what he found and what was recommended. Did not try to upsell services that weren’t even needed (unlike some larger companies). Definitely recommend AC Pros!!
Quick to respond to your service needs. Great job and thanks again!

Condensation line was solid with build up the entire length of the drain line . Had to remove old line and run entire new condensation line with new ptrap and float switch, also had to cut open garage sheetrock to get the piece behind wall replaced . (Home owner gave permission). System is running and draining properly now.
Dispatched for no cool upstairs. System is completely flat. R22 Leaving quote for compressor and evaporator and complete
Upon arrival check in the customer the following are my findings found the thermostat non responsive replaced system is working properly at this time
Air conditioning performance tune up two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Filters are clean at this time. Recommendation today is to change out the 1 in filter racks to 4 in which gives you better air quality and longer life on your blower motor. Refrigerant level is perfect on both units. Replaced one capacitor on the upstairs unit. Washed condenser coils. Systems are cooling properly at this time.
Adding new return to help system breathe better
Installed ECM motor on 90% furnace units is working properly at this time

System has a restriction causing pressures to jump up and down and saturation temp to fluctuate. Gave estimate for this repair . Also performed maintenance and cleaned coils while diagnosing the issue .
Performed heat maintenance and found gas leak at shit off valve . I replaced part and verified no leaks .
(A1 came out before us and told them the condenser was bad and needed to be replaced) System wasnt getting 24v to contactor. Found high pressure switch tripped . 45/7.5 cap was reading 44/4 which leads me to believe that the fan motor was not always kicking on causing high pressure switch to kill 24 v .Cleaned coils and checked refrigerant , replaced cap and verified system was running per manufacturer specs.
When I arrived I found condenser fan motor not running ,tested capacitor and found issue to be a bad capacitor which I replaced (45/5) once running I found system to be low on r22 with a vap saturation temp of 26 degrees which is below freezing so the evap coil will freeze over within a few days if ran consistently. I also found air leaks around ducts and drain line not ran properly so water drain out to back patio and also no float switches in case the drain line gets clogged . All this on a almost 20 year old unit . I explained all this to the home owner via phone (son in law resides here) and she is aware of these issues and only wanted to repair the capacitor for today .
