Really nice installation team, very considerate of my home and that I needed to corral my 3 dogs before they could come into the house. We had our A/C maintenance this morning performed by Craig M. We've had an issue with 2 stage cooling. Craig figured out the problem and corrected it. Everything checked out and working great. Craig did an excellent job!!! Very professional and personable..

Arrived on-time although there was a discrepancy in the price I had been quoted the day before. Seems the part price had doubled since the original estimate in January. The tech was very apologetic. I told him I was canceling the service and he took the price down substantially….still more than originally quoted but within a reasonable amount. Also spoke to the office and they were very apologetic and accommodating as well. They definitely care about taking care of the customer.

Downstairs system cooling upon arrival. Homeowner rinsed off condenser coil, replaced air filter and poured bleach down the primary drain line. System capacitor is in good tolerance. No immediate failures.
Came out for no cool. Found system low on refrigerant added 3.5lbs if refrigerant. Performed leak search found leak at evap coil. Need to replace evap coil. Looks like system was installed in 2021 and is still covered under parts and labor warranty
Completed with ac 1 on a 2016 carrier gas horizontal in attic 4 ton, unit cooling at this time of check up. Gave a few recommendations on option sheet. Customer is ready to move forward on replacing complete unit. We will be installing a 4 ton complete trane up to 15 seer single stage gas horizontal in attic, with 10 year parts and 2 years labor warranty. This is financed and customer has singed documents already. This will get done on 05/09/2024
Capacitor for 10year old unit swollen. Moved brush out of condenser coil. Washed off condenser coil. Replaced 70mfd capacitor. System cooling at this time.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Drains are flowing at this time. Check thermostats for proper operations. Southside unit is a 19 years old heat pump. I am leaving another estimate for replacement. This time it is only a 15 seer single stage heat pump. North unit is operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Came out for cooling maintenance for three systems. All systems are cooling efficiently with no issues
Came out for system estimate. Found existing 4 ton system. Return for existing is a chase return its sitting on top of an air scrubber machine. That with present an issue with adequate return. Airflow to the system so I also quoted adding in a 16 and 14 inch ducts for adequate return air to the system.
Performed one system ac maintenance. No issues with this system. Installed customer supplied air filter.
Completed with ac 1 on a 2016 trane condenser 2.5 ton with a 2007 Goodman upflow gas and 2007 coil in closet. Unit cooling at this time of check up. Did found a couple of rusted spots on evaporator coil and blower motor showing wear. Gave customer the option to do all preventative repairs or complete unit upgrade. Customer cannot do anything at this time.
Completed with no cool on a 2021 Goodman downflow in closet on a mobile home. Found bad blower motor with a faulty blower motor relay. Gave the option to do minimum repairs or both parts replacement. Customer will wait
Performed one system cooling maintenance. No issues cooling at this time. Indoor ECM in good shape. Coil is clean. Replaced homeowner supplied filter. Outdoor unit is operating great. No bubbles in sight glass.
Came out for cooling maintenance. System would not come on in 2nd stage but was never set up at the board correctly. Also the charge was off had to add like 4lbs. Added the refrigerant in 2nd stage system is cooling properly
