AC fixed! Paul was very knowledgeable and dedicated, very happy with the repair.
Joshua was super professional, took the time to walk me through the diagnostic procedures he was performing. Great attitude after working all day in the heat, my appointment was 8:00pm. Thank you!!!
Rafael was very thorough, and took the time to explain all aspects of the service. Our system was old and limping along, so we decided to go ahead and replace it. Rafael was very helpful in helping us decide on the best system to meet our needs. He is a real asset to ACPros.
Joel was very friendly and didn't seem to mind that I was watching over his shoulder, as AC equipment is a mystery to me. He was informative and explained what he was doing as he performed annual maintenance service.
Collin was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with our fall maintenance service.
Ray and team were awesome. On time, efficient, professional, provided great information and answered all of our questions.
Tech came out and did nothing to make our house cooler. All he said was we need new coils and a new unit and it was going cost us anywhere from 5-$12,000. Granted that’s a lot of money but would’ve been a little bit easier to swallow had not one of your techs just three weeks ago come out and service all 3 units, put freon in one of them and said they all looked fine. Two totally different messages. My wife said the guy today was nice but we wish he would’ve at least put a Band-Aid on the one in the living room to cool us off temporarily.
Diagnosed problem, solution determined and scheduled. One happy customer. Will recommend to friends, family and coworkers.
Customer called and said that unit wasn’t cooling properly. After troubleshooting a lot of options, I found that the unit cut out on low pressure because of a leak in the compressor. We will order the part and come Back out to install it as soon as we get it in.
Performed a Heat maintenance on a 1 year old Trane furnace. Checked amperage, voltage, checked for leaks, checked flame sensor and igniter. Everything tested well and system is heating properly. However, the customer complained about lack of airflow in very back bedroom. We cut in a new supply shortly after the install to improve airflow but it isn’t working. We will send installers out again to hang the duct that we added, and balance the air in order to improve airflow to back room.
Performed a Gas Furnace Heat Maintenance for a 1 year old Lennox Gas Furnace. System is heating properly. Proper amperage for inducer and blower motors. Good Delta T. Heated over 100 degrees. Ductwork is old and needs a cleaning. Also I advised customer to change filter.
Performed a post install walk through on a 5 ton 15 SEER Trane unit is cooling properly, everything looks good. Just need a 40 Amp breaker for the disconnect. The unit calls for a 40 but there is a 60 on the disconnect. .
No cool call from last night, disconnect fused in off position, came today to replace, found fan having trouble starting got new cap and unit is running, pressures are good 15 degree split, 85 and 70, will take a bit to cool off and bring temp down.
No cool call, diagnosis showed bad compressor, 12 years old, out of warranty, gave estimates for compressor and new system.
AC performance tuneup x 2 systems. Both systems are cooling at manufacturer specs at this time.
Returned today and installed a T6 thermostat. No charge.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Client had already changed the filters by the time we got here. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Downstairs evaporator coil has a small fracture in it. I added 2 pounds of 410 A to correct the charge today. I am leaving an estimate for replacement coil, the leaks do not get any better. They only get worse. Capacitors in contactors. Changed out upstairs run capacitor on the condenser. Washed both condenser coils. Systems are cooling at manufacturer specs at this time.,
Customer called in after our service and requested service today. Arrived to find thermostat blank. Went to attic and verified. It was not the in-line float switch. I jumper to Y and made air conditioner. Come on manually. Went to thermostat and popped it off the subbase and verified 24 V was present. Thermostat back on and system came on. Unsure at this time if that was the original thermostat with the home owner. No charge today.
Upon inspection no issues found at this time cleaned condenser tested pressures and delta split to ensure proper efficiency.
Came out for cooling maintenance for two systems. Both systems were low on refrigerant. Added 1 pound to each system. Gave options for replacement of downstairs furnace and evap coil. Transaction number is #1153
