Paul was friendly and explained what he was going to do before starting, then gave a good summary afterwards. This was my first service call after Montgomery A/C retired and hope to continue with A/C Pros.
Joel was great! Found the problem and fixed in 30minutes!! Super nice guy!!
Joel brought a great personality and good suggestions to add systems to protect from a blockage in drain pan. He did thorough checks on both my units. Added freon to one. I recommend this company to service your residential heat pumps.
Our technician Joel was very friendly! He introduced himself and did his work very professionally!

Dispatched to investigate a no cool mini split system. When I arrived, the system was partially frozen. I defrosted by turning the unit off and I added 1 pound over for drink after that. System seems to be cooling fine now. Possibly had a Leak on the liquid line. I advised Mike that I would check it on his winter check up.
Performed a maintenance on a 4 year old American Standard Heat Pump and Air Handler. The only issue that I saw was that the condenser isn’t level. I gave the customer an estimate on leveling the pad. He said he will wait. System is cooling properly. The highest the SC got was 7. Collected $69
Dispatched to investigate no cool on a zone system. The zones are the power open power closed style. Before now it was only utilizing power closed. I believe the damper was sticking with the spring open engaged. I utilized two more wires to make it 24 V open 24 V closed. System is operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
Dispatch for no cool. Phil had attempted to hook up a new ecobee thermostat. He had install the original ones back in. Install the ecobee and programmed to a heat pump. Verified systems are operating at manufacturer specs at this time.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Philip did not have filters today, but he said he will change them soon. Only issue I found was the North unit needed 1 pound of 410 a refrigerant. Drains are flowing properly. There are no float switches on either unit to shut off the condenser in case of drain blockage. Phillip stated he would take care of that with a switch he could watch from his phone. Systems are cooling at manufacturers at this time.
AC performance tuneup times two systems. Changed out filter client supplied. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Secondary drain pans are clean and dry at this time. Test thermostats for proper operations. Check outdoor units. Refrigerant level is good on both systems. Washed condenser coils. Systems are cooling at manufacturer specs at this time.
Two system heating tune up. Heat Pump system. Tested all operating functions of air handler and heat pump. System are working properly. Gold Membership $384.00 2 systems paid by Visa. Missing homeowner email address.
Preformed maintenance ont he 2 systems. Units do not have a fresh air intake and customer keeps door open pretty consistently. The western system is nearing the rla for the compressor and should be monitored closely. The indoor units are fairly new and working well within specifications.
