Joel is on time, clean and extremely knowledgeable. Comes in, gets his job done and sells his company like the real pro that he is. One of the best I have had doing work in my house.
Installation was pretty much as expected. Not happy with not being put on the list when I called on Saturday. They asked if it could wait until the next regular work day and I said yes. Early Tuesday afternoon I called to check status and there was apparently no record of our needing service. We weren't on the schedule. Second time this happened in the last year.

Your tech. Joel Sisk was dispatched to our home on an emergency basis to determine why our air conditioning stopped cooling. Our home had been previously diagnosed on Friday with the Primary issue being the coil. That tech. performed a temporary fix while awaiting the arrival of a new coil scheduled for Monday, or Tuesday repair. Our unit stopped cooling again today. We called and asked to have someone come out and do a temporary fix while awaiting the coil repair. Joel found a problem outside which was an electrical issue. He was able to quickly fix that problem and as of right now our unit is working very well. We want to commend Joel for his knowledge, his honesty and his quick response. He truly did an outstanding job and represents your company at the highest level.
Extremely fast response, within hours of calling we had a technician arrive. The technician was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly identified the problem and corrected it.

Found drains clogged cleared system is working properly at this time no charge for clearing as was too close to previous maintenance visit
Post install walk-through on recently installed condenser and evaporator coil. Re-piped primary so that it would have better fall. Checked refrigerant charge. System is cooling properly at this time.
Zac Preformed 2 system heating maintenance with all proper checks and cleanings but all readings are within range. systems are clean and working properly at this time.
Found outdoor circuit board to be defective. I will find it tomorrow and return.
On arrival found the system in communication lockout due to a power surge. Restarted the system and system is operational again. Under parts and labor warranty

Zac Preformed diagnostic and found no issues system has a 23 degree split and turns off when temp is satisfied
Zac found drainline clogged. cleared it and system is working properly at this time.
Dispatched myself for a no cool single system home. Arrived to find thermostat with 79.04 error code. Check outdoor unit. The harness for the fan motor was not making good contact. Manipulated mail and female prongs to help motor get better connection. Check charge assist two times to make sure system was completely charged up. System is cooling properly at this time. Buddy signed up for another maintenance.
Dispatch for a no cool upstairs. Found condenser not running upon arrival. Discovered the breaker had been tripped. First stage compressor is failing. I am leaving a quote for a complete system and a coil and condenser today.
Arrived to find thermostat blank. Went to the attic and found the primary drain clogged. Cleared with nitrogen and system is falling properly at this time. No charge today since maintenance was done within 30 days.
Checked system. 2001 two stage variable furnace and 2012 cooling equipment. Compressor not operating due to a weak 30mfd capacitor. Installed a new turbo200 and start assist kit for 4 ton. System has a low subcool. Gave homeowner repair and replace options, repair to get system back up and cooling for now but no refrigerant added. Will look and decide on which system to replace with. Left 4 line with discounts applied for oncor, trane and senior citizen.
Found the furnace not getting power from the light switch told customer she's going to have to have an electrician come out to fix breaker is not tripped
