We have used AC pros for several years. Emmanuel was our technician today for routine maintenance and he discovered an issue with our outside HVAC units. He was able to fix the problem the same day and even had to drive awhile to go get the parts. Great service and honest. Would recommend.

Completed with ac 1 on a 2023 trane heat pump variable 2 zone system our install. Unit cooling properly at this time of check up.
Came our for cooling maintenance. Found our 2 5ton systems had an extreme airflow issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. I did an assessment of the ductwork and came up with a solution. Chris wanted to come back with me. The customer is available next Friday around 10am
AC performance tuneup one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Performed air balance to get more air to the family room. Check thermostat for proper operations. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Wash condenser coil. System is cooling at manufacturer specs at this time.
Completed with ac 1 on a 2017 trane gas horizontal in attic our install 5 ton. Unit cooling properly at this time of check up.
Completed with ac 1 on a 1990 Goodman gas upflow in closet r22 2.5 ton. Found unit poorly operating due to age and failing compressor. Running and start up amps very high. Due to r22 refrigerant un able to do repairs. Gave option to replace unit. Customer cannot make a decision untill talking with husband.
Condenser clean...upon inspection found no issues at this time of inspection but client elected to clean condenser w/ chemical to ensurw proper operation during summer months.
Completed with ac 1 on a 2013 trane gas horizontal in attic 4 ton, unit cooling at this time of check up. Found undersize flue pipe with very rusted secondary drain pan, condenser showing wear. Giving the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs or complete unit upgrade. Customer is not interested at this time.

Upon arrival checked work from installation call to find it was incorrect and rewired to prove part was the correct model and did not need to be replaced.
Came out for no cool. System was extremely low on refrigerant had to add a pound to perform leak search. Found leak in the lineset in the wall. Lineset needs to be replaced.
Completed with ac 2 on 2005 trane main downstairs 3.5 ton r22 and 2010 trane upstairs 2.5 ton both gas horizontal in attic. Both cooling at this time of check up but found issues with both. Upstairs has water on a very rusted secondary drain pan due to bent inside pan, downstairs compresor running amps are very high with weak capacitor and both fan motors showing wear. Gave the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs or complete unit upgrade for downstairs or both. Customer is not interested on anything.
Completed with ac 2 on 2015 trane gas horizontal in attic our install under warranty. Both units cooling properly at this time or check up. Found attic very low on insulation with 4"-6" inches only, and ducts are dusty. Giving the option to add more insulation and do a duct cleaning for better air quality. Customer not interested at this time.
Call back on maintenance that was done on the 10th. Previous technician stated the system was overcharged. Upon arrival I put the master bedroom in test mode. Added around 6 to 8 ounces of 410 to achieve a 9° subcool. Verified all three units are clean. Systems are cooling at manufacturer specs at this time.
