Very friendly, helpful, timely and communicative service provider! The A/C was dripping due to condensation on the copper pipes. He put installation around the copper pipes and hopes that does the trick. The design of ye install being in the ceiling is not a good one. Hope it holds

Complted with no heat on a 2024 horizontal furnace in attic our Install Pnl, found ignitor not ignitorng due to only getting 50 volts, bad circuit board. Called trane to order part and it's back order. Part should be at trane supply in 2-5 business days. Po# 48341726_001 order number 24607980 at trane 10665 sanden drive suit 180 Dallas tx 75238 also make sure to bring a filter request by customer 20x25x4 Customer will pay for service fee and filter once we complete work.
2020 gas furnace trane heating maintenance, changed filter provided by homeowner, cleared pressure tube, blower amps are good, inducer motor amps are high .44 max is .30, flame sensor and hsi are showing signs of wear, gave option to replace all 3, homeowner went forward with repairs, have to return to change inducer motor.
Completed with heat 1 on a 2014 York gas horizontal in attic 3 ton, furnace poorly operating due to a few components not in good shape, heat exchanger is extremely corroded and rusted from inside, flue pipe is broken not connected all way and touching wood, very dusty ducts and alot of air leaking out since unit it's not sealed properly. Giving customer the option to replace furnace, fix flue pipe and sealed unit or complete unit upgrade. Wife cannot make a decision at this time untill relating everything to husband.
2022 trane gas furnace maintenance, changed filter provided by homeowner, cleared pressure tube, checked safety switches, checked blower and inducer motor, unit heating at this time
Heat performance tuneup times one system. Changed out filter client supplied. Inspect blower, evaporator in ductwork. Test all safety features high limits and rollouts. No carbon monoxide or gas detected in home. System is operating at manufacture specs at this time.
Install 3 ton complete American Standard up flow gas 18 seer variable with 7 inches of blown insulation, duct cleaning level 1 and new flue pipe
Completed with heat 1 on a 2023 Pnl trane 2 stage gas upglow in garage, unit heating properly at this time of check up. Gave the option to do a boot sealed since it hasn't been done for more then 15 years. Customer will wait on that.
Problem with condenser not turning off even with system turned off, found stuck contactor, unit was frozen from having the condenser running and not the blower, changed contactor, it works, just have blower running to help thaw unit, told homeowners to wait a few hours before turning ac back, then we will have to wait and see if there are any underlying issues
Drain line clogged , purged, heard the clog release and drain is flowing, this happened in July of this year, if happens again, might have to replace drain line.
Heating performance tuneup times one system. Filter is good at this time. Clean flame sensor and inducer port. Found no problems with heater at this time. System is operating at manufacturer specs at this time.

Completed with heat 1 on a 2017 trane gas up flow in attic 2017, furnace heating properly at this time of check up, found flame sensor very dark and burn and recommended replacing it under parts warranty. Customer approved replacing flame sensor.
