Bob at AC Pros is truly outstanding, he is super trustworthy, he's respectful to us and our house, he really knows HVAC better than anyone, he's thorough and speaks "plain English" when describing the work completed (English as opposed to tech-speak that you need a degree to understand). Arrived to do maintenance, changed filter ,was dirty amps on blower motor are good at this time, drain pan is dry, good drainage, went to outdoor unit, pressures are good for temp outside, capacitor is within range at this time, amps on compressor and fan are good at this time as well, unit is cooling at this time Recommended uv kit

Came out for no cool found system significantly low on refrigerant. Also as low as the charge was the Amp draw at the compressor is significantly high indicator of potential compressor failure. I gave a couple of options for replacement. Customer recently replaced up stairs system and for Customer appreciation I would be able to give the two stage system and the ductwork modifications to the customer at 18,900 dollars. Thank you

Came out for no cool found system had lost communication to the drive at the outdoor unit. Reset power to outdoor unit it and system fired up.

Completed with ac 1 on a 2018 trane our install pnl gas horizontal in attic 5 ton. Unit cooling properly at this time of check up. Attic needs more insulation. Gave the option to at least up to 7 inches of blown insulation along with air purifier for better air quality. Customer is not interested at this time.

Performed two system maintenance. One system from last year that is for upstairs. Cooling fine. Filters were clean. The downstairs is 2012 combo with an older furnace. System is still capable of cooking and homeowner will plan to replace that one when she finishes paying for the other one.

Checked system. System had been off for a few hours. System went through its full sequence of operation with no issues. Filter was clogged and may have opened up a high limit switch, replaced with ac pros provided filter. System is heating fine now. Clean flame sensor, checked capacitor and motor amp draws. All checked out fine.

Hate performance tune-up times three systems. Filters are acceptable at this time. Only issue is the Amana. It is operating but just not efficiently. Maintenance forms will show that it is the age of the system

Conpleted the post install inspection. System is working as designed. See pictures attached.

No heat. Upon arrival the furnace was opened and the board was displaying a code for an open flame rollout circuit. The upper flame rollout switch was reset. The burners, other safeties, vent system, and heat exchangers were all checked. The system was then ran for an extended period of time in order to ensure the switch did not trip again. The system is heating properly at this time.

Preformed the fall maintenance, found the unit to not be in the greatest of shape but operational. No gas leaks or carbon monoxide detected. System is in dire need of a cleaning and due to the age suggest the customer gears up for replacement.
