Installers left light switch from furnaces off not letting unit come on at all. Turned them back on and now units running.
Completed with heat 3 on carrier 2 ton upstairs 1999 and american standard 2018, all furnaces heating at this time of check up. Carrier furnace in very bad shape due to age and components showing wear, american standard units flame sensors will need to be replace very soon. Customer requested pricing to replace upstairs complete unit. 12% off approved my owner for 1 week only. Customer still needs to get more bids.
The 2 newer systems are working perfectly, the older loft system is showing its age but does not get used as often. All checks are well within manufactory specifications. Found no trace of gas or carbon monoxide.

Preformed the full system maintenance on the 3 systems. Found the systems to be operating under manufactory specifications. The upstairs system is much old but is hardly used per the customer. Tlfound the bedroom system to have a clogged drain and flushed this under his maintenance. Left pricing to replace the drain line on the system as it will become too clogged at some point.
Performed maintenance for cooling side of the system. Both 2016 American standard. No issues cooling. Drains are clear. Made preventative recommendations. No desision made, leaving as is.
