I don’t work with any other vendor in any field who has this exceptional level of communication, follow up, and great service!! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the excellent workmanship and quality provided by Joel and AC Pros!!!
Joel was awesome - it’s SUNDAY and I got an immediate response, a text saying he was on the way with a picture. He had it fixed and up and running within 30 minutes!! It’s 100 degrees outside… NOTHING beats that level of service - and friendly people to boot - from the phone personnel to the service tech. I’m amazed, impressed - can’t recommend them MORE highly. It’s SO hot outside and I have some cool AC blowing!! Did I mention it’s Sunday evening?!! Wow!!
Joel is amazing! Great service, workmanship and professional! Thanks Joel!

Maintenance X3. I cleaned and serviced all three Systems. The Main System for downstairs’ is not cooling. I evaluated the defective System and found it to be VERY low on Refrigerant R-410A. I HIGHLY recommend replacing the Evaporator Coil and Secondary Drain Pan for the Downstairs’ System. Or the entire System. The existing System is a approximately 11-Year old 3.5-Ton Lennox R-410A A/C with matching Lennox Horizontal Gas Furnace with matching Coil. All three Secondary Drain Pans have Considerable rust and should be replaced and upgraded. The price to repair and replace all three Drain Pans is $1359.60.
AC performance tune-up times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Advised Vicky that the filter needs to be changed. She said she would get one today and have them here when we do her fall maintenance. Thermostat for proper operations. Check outdoor unit. Refrigerant level good at this time. Check capacitor and contactor. Wash condenser coil. System cooling properly at this time.
Compressor was out on internal overload, windings would not close. Compressor needs to be replaced. Explained to homeowner that we will check the warranty and get back with them on pricing. Joel was out here on Saturday, callback. Lennox 14ACXS036-230A18 1915F22002
The System is a 13 SEER R-22 System. The Horizontal Evaporator is frozen solid. The Furnace Blower Motor is Scalding Hot. The Common is open on the Blower Motor and the Capacitor is shorted. I believe the Blower will be fine after it cools off. It will take all night for the Evaporator to thaw. I explained the possibility of water on the ceiling when dealing with that much ice. I called the Management Company and explained the situation. They requested at my suggestion, I come back tomorrow. The Blower will have cooled off and the Evaporator will be thawed. They requested to pay the Bill all at once. I returned on Tuesday as promised and completed a thorough clean and service on both Systems. The Upstairs Blower Motor Capacitor was defective. I replaced the Capacitor and rechecked System operation. Everything appears to be functioning as expected. At this time. I collected payment by cc in full over the phone.
Run capacitor dead on the fan side. Remove defective part and installed new run capacitor. System came on and operating properly at this time.
No cool upstairs unit. Found condenser flat. No refrigerant in it. Weld it up leak that the lid rubbed in the discharge line and pulled vacuum on system. When I started up system compressor did not want to start. Run capacitor was low so I changed it out to a new turbo 200. Compressor Still would not start. Had to add hard start kit in order for it to turn over. Since compressor head overheated it took a long time for me to get it started. I had to call the compressor down four times before it would stay started. System seems to be operating properly.
They sent the wrong TXV. I need a modulating TXV. The part they sent isn’t even on the list for this Air Handler. The System is maintaining 73 degrees. 70 at night. Celeste is ordering the correct part. I returned on Tuesday the 28th of June to replace the defective component. After installing the Metering Device I tested system operation and found everything to be functioning as expected. I had to reset the Fault Status Board 5 times to get it to clear the fault codes. The Control Board may also have to be replaced.
The Customer’s modulating TXV is defective. Per Bob he did not charge anything because he did not do anything yet since he is still waiting on an answer from Joel about what part to order.
We are hard at it today! If you need help just call. And we never charge overtime.
Found contactors pitted not energizing compressor, replaced 40 amps contactors for upstairs system. Also system is low on R22, declined adding any refrigerant. Homeowner wants quote on new system for upstairs.
