Having problems with a pesky drain line. Joel cleared the line and adjusted the condensation sensor.
And finally got rid of the blockage in the condensate line!
I am under contract to buy a house. The HVAC was very concerning and I needed a fast, professional assessment on very short notice in order to make a decision to go thru with the deal. AC Pros worked with me to get a technician out quickly. Rafael showed up and provided a thorough assessment and outlined all the options including price estimates. Super job!!!
Craig was able to quickly solve our A/C issue. Only one concern - we have a fairly new system (2yrs old) we bought from A/C Pros. When we bought the system, we paid for 5 years of maintenance, however, our issue I would technically consider part of routine maintenance. We paid for the service call to get our system operational again. Not sure I should have been charged. Office will get a call from me following the weekend.
Ray and other technician were excellent telling me what they were doing and helped me understand the zero percent loan IF paid within 18 months
Mr. Rafael Mejia arrived on time as scheduled. My home was having a problem with the A/C primary drain line being clogged. Mr. Mejia informed me he would first do an inspection of the area in question and then inform me of his findings. After finding what the problem was, Mr. Mejia explained to me how he would make the repairs. He returned shortly afterwards, and my home Air Conditioning System was working perfectly again. Very prompt and efficient. Thank you AC Pros!
Service here in March showed the service code still from the October service where was told a sensor was giving bad readings and needed to be replaced. Part never got ordered and Craig said he reset it and it didn’t need to be replaced. Did a very basic check, didn’t find any issues. The last several Technicians had gone above and beyond to do a thorough check, explaining everything they were doing and offering service tips to help the system run smooth. Disappointed today. When I checked the system after Craig had left the error was showing.
Collin is great and a real asset to AC Pro’s. Very knowledgeable and professional and we really appreciate all he has done for us.
Installers did not make safety a priority. Installers do not use finesses when working in IT rooms. Installers for the same company but different trades do not talk with one another. Does not reflect well on vendor company. Some guys were better to interact with professionally others not so much.
Jay was very friendly and helpful. Answered questions patiently and knowledgeable. Took care of everything very capably.
Dispatched to investigate water through the secondary. Single system home two-story. There was already a quick blast install from last year. Used nitrogen to clear primary drain. While I was in the attic, I heard the unit running and I could hear air in the liquid line of the refrigerant lines. I'll check the charge and seen that it was 2 to 3 pounds low on refrigerant. Verified with client to get permission to add refrigerant. Added 2 pounds of R 410A. I'm going to recommend a maintenance program with us. Two visits for $225. We can do a more thorough leak search to determine what would be the best solution for Renee at this time.
Dispatch for a no cool single system home. Arrived to find system running. Spoke with clients about the issues they had in the past. The in-line float switch was on the secondary side upon arrival. I removed it and put it on the primary side. Drain treatment to break up any kind of clog the primary drain line might've had. Flushed with plenty of hot water. System seems to be draining properly at this time.
Customer said that the unit had stopped working last night. Still blowing air inside but not cold air. I arrived with the unit working and cooling properly and tested the capacitor, contacter, and safety switch All tested good. Not sure what had caused the condenser to stop working last night.
