Outstanding Service!

Mr. Rafael Mejia arrived on time as scheduled. My home was having a problem with the A/C primary drain line being clogged. Mr. Mejia informed me he would first do an inspection of the area in question and then inform me of his findings. After finding what the problem was, Mr. Mejia explained to me how he would make the repairs. He returned shortly afterwards, and my home Air Conditioning System was working perfectly again. Very prompt and efficient. Thank you AC Pros!

So so, rather Craig not come back.

Service here in March showed the service code still from the October service where was told a sensor was giving bad readings and needed to be replaced. Part never got ordered and Craig said he reset it and it didn’t need to be replaced. Did a very basic check, didn’t find any issues. The last several Technicians had gone above and beyond to do a thorough check, explaining everything they were doing and offering service tips to help the system run smooth. Disappointed today. When I checked the system after Craig had left the error was showing.

Installing IT HVAC Not a Strength

Installers did not make safety a priority. Installers do not use finesses when working in IT rooms. Installers for the same company but different trades do not talk with one another. Does not reflect well on vendor company. Some guys were better to interact with professionally others not so much.

Service above and beyond!!

I’ve done to expect “above and beyond” service with AC Pros and this was no exception. Mr. Schmitt checked over our whole system, explaining what he was looking for and why. Helped figure out a couple of minor issues and ordered a preventative maintenance part. Was very thorough and spoke highly of the other techs that have installed and worked on our system as well as AC Pros as a company. I couldn’t agree more. Thanks for continued great service!

Checked master bedroom system it was low on our fortune added 4 pounds of our fortune to get a 4° sub cool let homeowner know that system still need a little bit, but he said for me not to add anymore. System is leaking from the evaporator coil they let him know he has 60 days to where I would honor the $956 that I added today. Office will call Monday to collect payment.

AC performance tuneup times two systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Check thermostats for proper operations. Found a leak in the ream air handler in the attic. Jean has 10 year parts and labor warranty through Ellis Air. Jean is aware that I could not top it off with refrigerant since it is not our install. Trane system is cooling at manufacturer specs at this time. 2 systems

Call back to no cool, customer got caps off, unit was low on freon, charged with 3 lbs of 410a, sh and sc are good as well as pressures. Unit is cooling at this time. 48 degree indoor cool, 100 outdoor coil

Checked out upstairs unit to see how we can address the system being short about 800-900 cfms of return air. The problem is there is a stud where we would want to install a return plenum. Also homeowner is battling a separate issue with a different vendor oabout his media cleaner not functioning. Left him an estimate for return plenum and return cut it.
