Performing cooling check on this 15 year old Tappan central heat pump system that we have already replaced the evaporator coil and compressor on. Thermostat has went bad and not bringing system on correctly. System also needs maintenance like heat transfer media coil cleaning and a new contactor in the voltage distribution system.
