What tells you a lot about any company is how they handle call backs; we have had only one or two in the many years they have serviced our home. They are fair, honest, and always make it right. Another thing I'm impressed with is their proactive contact, service reminders, and alerts they are on the way! No 3hr Windows ... you KNOW when they will be there. Their electronic history rather than those tear off service orders make it easy to read what's been done and maintain a solid record of service history both for the company and the customer.
