Customer wanted a second opinion on this Amana unit due to it not cooling. Another company said the evaporator coil was leaking and it needed replacing under warranty. After our diagnosing of the problem we found the the TXV has went bad. The customer also has a parts and labor warranty through Amana so that cut their out of pocket cost in half. Had someone changed the coil under warranty they would have had to pay for the coil since there are no leaks present.
