First of all, the people who answer the phone make a difference. I’m 70 years old and when my air conditioning went out last week they actually sounded like they cared. And they got somebody out to my house within the hour. I had called my so-called home warranty company and they said perhaps they could be out in a week and displayed zero compassion. Today Air was there in an hour, found out what was wrong, kept me apprised of how they were getting the part and repaired it within two hours of receiving the part. They waived their diagnostic fee and gave me a significant discount to stay within my budget. PLUS each time I called, the people answering the phone were patient and reassuring of my concerns
