Technicians arrived Thursday March 4 but no appointment was scheduled (it wasn't a good time). Two technicians arrived; one of whose shorts were partway down his butt. It was unprofessional. They then spent 5 hours replacing the wire and it still was not fixed. They had to call in a 3rd person who then diagnosed contact part had to be replaced. Made me wonder whether the wire needed replaced . They were all very polite though. Up until now, the service has been fine, so this was disappointing.

The technician returned to check for signs of dye on the outside of the AC. The dye was located at the evaporator coil. There was dye at the end of the drain line as well. We need to order a warranty evaporator coil and have the installers return to install. This is a horizontal air handler in the attic. The coil is a week to 2 weeks out.
Ac service call. First year warranty. The technician installed 5lbs and dye in the Hvac system. We return on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week to check for dye. The customer will call today to set up return time.
Ac warranty service call. No cool. The technician found the system 3 pounds low on 410 A refrigerant. The technician installed 3 pounds of 410 A. The hvac has a 19 degree temperature split. I informed the customer to call back as soon as the ac starts to show signs of not cooling. The customer stated it’s been acting up since late February. We need to call the customer on Monday and set up a follow up in 2 weeks.
Ac maintenance performed. The hvac is operating properly The customer renewed the friend’s and family maintenance plan.
Ac service maintenance performed. 2 of 2. The compressor is still over amping after the start assist was put on by another tech. The surge protection is still operating properly. The customer agreed to re-sign on the maintenance. She wasn’t home so she will call the office to pay.

Ac service call. The technician found the drain line backed up. The customer was happy that we offer a pan guard to protect his drain line for 6 months. The technician flushed and vacuumed the drain line and installed a pan guard.
