My fan motor on my heater went out. Chad figured out the problem quickly and didn't have the motor with him. Order the motor needed and picked it up and intstalled it 8 AM the next day. Excellent service. Did not rate the price because this work was done under American Home Sheild.

Replaced a control board on a Lennox Furnace. Unit is heating, and the filter is clean.
No issues were present, but the unit could use more return. Unit is heating!
Found a fuse blown on a Trane furnace. Located the short and the system is back up to heating!
Fixed a Lennox furnace that had a broken float switch.
Replaced a control board for a Carrier control board. Added a new capacitor and hard start kit. Unit is running and has a clean filter in it!
