After a disappointing service experience on Friday with one of the technicians, Mason did a wonderful job making up the impact of the bad experience. Mason was very courteous and made me feel that my concerns were important to him and to Alro/Academy Air. Following the service visit on Friday, I had decided that I would NEVER use this company again; Mason has made me reconsider my decision because of his immediate handling and resolution of my issue. I have regained the trust that I have held for so long for Alro/Academy Air. Mason, keep up the great work; I appreciate your prompt attention and fast resolution to my concerns.
