I knew this inexpensive "tune-up" was going to be a sales pitch but I was curious to hear what would be recommended on a newer home. The list was long with nice-to-haves but what I really appreciated the most was the non-pushy sales tactic. The rep was knowledgeable, informative and personable. Would not hesitate to contact him in the future for needed service.
