Ace called me to schedule an annual check-up. At times, this could be irritating, but it also saves me the trouble of remembering and setting it up. The technician arrived right on time, did the check up and found the cause of a noise we'd been hearing. He showed me the part he removed and hooked his tool up to show me the reading after replacing the part. I was satisfied with the transaction. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

My water heater died on Saturday morning and I couldn't wait until Monday. The plumber, Jake, came in on his day off, installed a new one, and was gone before 2pm. Let the evening baths begin! Today I had my annual A/C maintenance done by Marc. He's the company trainer and I appreciate that he pulled no punches when describing the status. The fan motor was on the verge of dying so it was a no brainer to replace it. Marc and his manager bent over backwards to do the job for the least cost possible since they had just installed my water heater. It's great to have such a reputable company literally just a phone call away!

Did not know my old unit was on its last legs. Freon was leaking out, and adding more would not correct the problem. Ace gave a good price and a credit for being a veteran. Service was fast and the new unit is not as noisy.

They had to put in new pipes. What I had was over 30 years old and not in the best condition. They were pleasant and professional. They did the job on the timeframe stated on the evaluation visit.
