My water heater died on Saturday morning and I couldn't wait until Monday. The plumber, Jake, came in on his day off, installed a new one, and was gone before 2pm. Let the evening baths begin! Today I had my annual A/C maintenance done by Marc. He's the company trainer and I appreciate that he pulled no punches when describing the status. The fan motor was on the verge of dying so it was a no brainer to replace it. Marc and his manager bent over backwards to do the job for the least cost possible since they had just installed my water heater. It's great to have such a reputable company literally just a phone call away!
