The notification leading up to the time of service was done by text and/or email. The texts started with a reminder the day before to a text with the service persons full name and time of arrival. He arrived timely and performed the tune up service as scheduled. He also left additional information that would benefit our furnace, but no pressure was made to add the additional service, which we appreciated. Will use for future services.
