Kevin completed our annual maintenance on our furnace and gave us a full report on how it is doing. We feel confident in his professional ability to diagnose any problems of which he found none. He always shows up at the designated time and date which is rare with some service technicians. He is very pleasant to talk with and is able to explain any issues in plain terms.
