My first experience with Adkisson Air1 was when I called to set appointment for my air conditioner unit to be cleaned and serviced. I I talk to I believe Joanne who answered the phone to set my appointment she was very nice very attentive ask if there was any issues with the unit I said no I just needed it clean she set an appointment for me. A technician came out who was very thorough and while he was here I asked him a few questions I had on my thermostat and heating unit and my gas fireplace. He answered my questions and we set an appointment for a club plan on checking out furnace for winter and thermostat (which Ended up needed replacing) As soon as the thermostat came in Joann called to see if I was home so she could send a technician out to replace it and I was happy to see she sent the same technician who had worked on my air conditioner unit and that had already heard my concerns on the heating system and thermostat. He did an excellent job explaining how to use the new thermostat and cleaning servicing both furnace and fireplace!
