Adkisson Air1 installed installed our fireplace about 9 years ago during a major home renovation. Recently while doing a semi-annual cleaning of the unit, we noticed the one of the logs had split. We called to inquire about replacement and they offered to check the warranty first... After doing so they informed us the 10 year warranty would cover log replacement. Needless to say, we were very pleased. Adkisson does all our furnace/AC and fireplace work and always will given the excellent experience we've had over the years with them. Their staff is prompt, easy to work with, does quality work and respects our home as their own. Pricing seems reasonable and fair too!
