Found system was turned off at thermostat. Homeowner explain to me as we were walking in that there was no air movement when you turn the system on. Checked for proper wiring of low voltage wiring at thermostat/air handler/outdoor unit. Made a call for cooling from the thermostat …outside system came on but no blower motor. Provided a call for just fan and still no blower motor running. Diagnostics on air handler/blower motor. Found 3/4 HP 230volt blower motor has failed. Dirty blower motor wheel with debris build up. Drain line/system not retaining water and is draining properly into upstairs bathroom sink. Non operating refrigerant freestanding pressure is good. (R410A) Missing one locking refrigerant cap. 70/7.5 capacitor is weak. Compressor Start up overloaded past manufacturer specifications. Also found that the high pressure switch wasn’t connected and reconnected. Made recommendations for repairs on critical failures to system. System left off in all modes on thermostats and
