Preformed dryer vent cleaning. Presented photos of before and after. I preformed single system heat maintenance on a 2015 heat pump. I tested all electrical components on he inside unit it and all tested within manufacturer specifications. I changed the filter for the client. 20x20x4. I noticed the blower housing to have some build up on it. I then proceeded outside to test all electrical components. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I did rinse the units coils today with water. I also noticed the unit did not have any surge protection on it. I provided estimates for a uv stick and surge protection. Client elected to have the surge protection installed. Unit was cooling upon departure
