Lobby 1 & Atrium 2 have large air leakages on supply plenum. Workout room duct insulation is coming apart. Both of these issues will lead to reduced efficiency and increased stress on units. Performed sealing of both plenums and resecured insulation to air ducts. While performed the work we found another duct with insulation falling off and went ahead and resecured the insulation to these ducts as well. Tested sealing by running the units and found no air leakages and insulation was found to be in good condition across the board
