Arrived on site for no heat in vacant home. 2022 Trane furnace and condenser. Immediately noticed the thermostat was not completely seated onto the thermostat plate. This could cause a bad connections and prevent heat from turning on. I tested the thermostat before fixing it not firmly to the thermostat plate and the heat would not turn on. I then fully secured th thermostat to thermostat plate and tested heating again. Furnace completed heating cycle without issue. Upon opening up the furnace I found the insulation around the blower cabinet had come loose and was obstructing airflow over half of the blower housing. This is a major safety concern as he will not be able to dissipate from the furnace and could cause a fire or potential part failures. Before testing the furnace any further this issue will need to be addressed. I then spoke with Mr. Sharp about my findings. He advised me to go ahead and get both of the issues taken care of.
