Upon arrival, I found the emergency pan full of water. I inspected the drain and found the drain was clear. Upon further investigation, I discovered the insulation wet inside of the airhandler. I proceeded checking the primary pan, and I found that there is a crack causing water to become displaced. I attempted to contact trane to locate a primary. I sat on hold for an extended amount of time without contact. I reached out to shearer and had the same results. I called Fissco supply and was told that it has be acquired from trane. Once the available of the pan is known, we will reach back out to the customer for scheduling. Refrigerant top off may be required.
