Upon arrival customer stated that the ac for the kitchen area was not getting below 75 degrees with the thermostat set at 70. I proceeded to the outside unit and hooked up my gauges to check refrigerant pressure. Pressures were showing on the low side at 180 and the high side to be reaching 300. The outside fan and indoor fan were running as they should. Temperature ring supplied was 72 and return was at 82 degrees. I after further inspection I found that the compressor was not pumping the refrigerant through the system as intended. I provided customer with this information and they would like to speak to a comfort advisor. Unit was on but not cool in upon departure.
