Arrived on site for no ac. Homeowner stated unit would not turn on and they had tried to reset power to the system. Began inspection at the outdoor unit and noticed that the condenser coil was pretty dirty and had a decent amount of cobwebs built up in the cabinet. I inspected the low-voltage and high voltage wiring connections and found no cause for concern. I checked the disconnect and found the search protector was still lit. I then proceeded to check the air handler wiring connections, and noticed the air handler was blowing air. The zone board was calling for cooling, but the compressor was not kicking on and then checked line voltage at the outdoor unit and got 240 leaving the disconnect and entering the control board. It was at this point I noticed that no Status or communicating lights were displayed on the board. I also noticed that the CDA was not powered. This leads me to believe that the inverter control board is bad and will need to be replaced under parts and labor warran
