Customer called for service on humidifier. Service technician replaced water panel on lower level. System was reset and filters were cleaned. Problem solved. Customer very happy with services provided.
Customer currently has water furnace geothermal heat pump, Trane LP gas furnace, water furnace coil. Honeywell electronic air cleaner, Honeywell UV light, Ultimate Air Energy recovery system and a second water furnace geothermal heat pump in 2nd zone. Customer requested and purchased full preventative maintenance program to keep all systems running smoothly and maintained.
