Customer called to have outdoor temperature sensor replaced. Part covered by warranty. Replaced and ran two cycles to test temperature. Problem fully resolved.
Customer called for service on upstairs thermostat displaying wrong temperature. Service technician checked outdoor sensor and reading is wrong for current temperature. Ordered new temperature sensor from Airecoe in Westminster. Part is under manufacturer warranty. Replaced and problem is solved. Customer gave 5 star rating to Advanced Heating & Cooling.
Customer called for winter preventative maintenance. Service technician checked boiler operation, oiled circulation pump, cleaned burners and cleaned thermocouple. Water shut off valve is dripping and needs to be replaced. The dripping has caused damage and rust to outside cover of boiler. I recommend replacing expansion tank with a bladder type tank. Also discovered that aquastat not shutting off boiler at set temp. Aquastat gauge needs to be replaced. Aquastat not working can cause relief valve to open due to boiler not shutting off. Recommend replacing boiler at some point due age. Customer will make decision on replacement and will highly recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling to all of her friends.
Customer has problem with condenser for gas furnace. Service call performed and recommended change out. Customer accepted proposal to replace entire gas furnace with carrier 90+ infinity gas furnace and added infinity outdoor air conditioner. Installed carrier infinity wifi enabled programmable thermostat. Customer very happy with installation. Recommending to friends.
Customer seeking water furnace geothermal system to be installed to provide high efficiency heating and cooling. Customer will use existing radiant heat boiler as backup. Installing two 4 ton envision 5 series water furnace geothermal heat pump systems with dual speed compressor. Installing to new geothermal thermostats for maximum efficiency.
