Came out later at night to fix my AC unit as 100⁰ weather is just a couple days away.
Jeff was good. My only complaint is that he spent most of his time on the phone with one of his colleagues. I think the time to finish would have been shorter and he was a bit late in arriving.
Our AC stopped working and we couldn’t figure out why. We called Advanced heating and they got us in swiftly to have a tech come out and see why it wasnt working. Jeff came out and explained all the nuances and why our upstairs wasn’t cooling off. It was an easy fix and a valve that was closed and needed to be opened. He spoke with my husband and gave him advise on how to keep the system running smoothly going forward. We are grateful for the help and excellent service. Just in time for the summer heat. We would highly recommend Advanced heating and cooling and will continue to use them for future needs.

It’s the same every time, whatever the issue we get a solid diagnosis, efficient repair and that keeps us coming back. Honestly cost is a distant second when you get treated right by everyone at a company (but they do have good rates too!)
