Jeff from Advantage responded to our call for system repair on the same day. He worked from 6:30-8:30 pm to identify the need to replace a part and provide guidance as to keeping our home cool. The part was ordered and Jeff returned the day it arrived to complete the replacement. We are grateful for the excellent service and to have cooling for our heat wave.

Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and doesn't mind taking questions and making sure that you understand what's going on. I'm very technical, but not about HVAC, so I appreciated his degree of depth in our conversation and him taking the time to explain things. He started simple and as I kept asking questions, he just kept going deeper until I cried Uncle. Most importantly, he found the issue and I trust his judgement. It was an unfortunate result for us this time, but that wasn't on him. I've been using Advantage for more than a decade and that won't be changing.
