Praimesh G. (from Advent Air Conditioning) did an outstanding job. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional; diagnosed the issue promptly, replaced the defective part, then tested the outside unit as well to ensure that everything is up to spec before leaving. Going forward I will be asking for Praimesh for all my service calls. Awesome job, thank you again! I also want to thank Jenny W. for being so helpful and flexible with the scheduling and coordination of technicians. Great job everyone!
