I found Affordable heating to be somewhat of a sales pitch company. The tech that initially showed up, shut my gas off and told me I needed to replace the furnance and ac. I had a second opinion (I had to pay them $85 for a service call) and that company couldn't find the issues that Affordable's tech said. Affordable came back and confirmed the furnace did not need to be replaced. So I have now paid $300 (that is not affordable to me). I asked Affordable to reimburse me the $85 because their tech told me false ingo. This was in the summer and I have yet to talk to the owner. I called at least 3 times and was told "I haven't talked to him, he'll call you" or some other excuse. So I waited til now to write the review to give them time to get back to me. Afforable? You can decide yourself.
