They were recommended by a friend that is very careful about money and who she would have work on things. The appointment was easy to make, they don't require a window of time, but an appointment :), and Greg showed up on time. Both the person on the phone and the tech were polite, friendly, easy to work with and understand and efficient. There were no hidden fees or additional charges. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again.
