I called to have the technician determine why I was getting leakage under the furnace. Joe checked the outside air conditioner and found no issues there. We then proceeded to the basement furnace area where he checked the plastic drain pipes flow. There was a blockage in the lines that Joe cleared. Joe was thorough in looking at all possibilities and resolved the issue. Pricing and response time was great.
