They have the best service men! Honest! After inspecting my a/c issue they determined it just needed freon, but could have a possible leak somewhere. They recommended I see how it works for a while BEFORE my paying them to determine if indeed it was necessary for them to look for a leak. I appreciate that they did not just insist that they search for a leak right then and there. And the prompt response to our service call was unreal! I would never use anyone else. And on a side note - I love that they put shoe protectors on before they come in your house! Very thorough and honest company. We are partial to Mark b/c he has been with them and in our house for so long!
