Expecting to hear bad news regarding our air conditioning unit, which your company installed many years ago, Josef, after checking all of the basics in the furnace, hooked up his monitoring equipment on the air unit out doors. I was quite pleased to find that the liquid coolant was working quite nicely. His professional approach to explain every detail to me convinced me that he really knows his stuff when it comes to both heat and air conditioning.
