The call center took their time to help me as a newer home owner to figure out what may be the trouble with my AC unit. Once I scheduled my appointment, which they were able to get to me within the week (two days because I had to wait for a weekend) the technician allowed me to ask questions and he explained in ways that I could understand so that I now know how to take care of my AC. Their fee to come out is $89, which is about $10 more than a few other places I called, however they were the friendliest, most patient, professionals I've worked with in a long time. Worth every penny! AND the repair was less than $300 (including fee)! When I say call these guys, I mean CALL THEM! They are THE BEST!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. I filed a request for service online one evening when my air conditioner stopped working, and by 10am the next morning my unit was fixed and back to running properly. The technician John was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company, and will continue to use them in the future.
